Methods

The following methods are used in dealing with your issues and problems:

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) - a tapping technique, e.g. in the case of conflicts at work, in the family or with a partner and in coaching for mental problem solving
  • Hypnosis in Coaching, e.g. for visualisation, target programming and raising success levels

  • Kinesiology
  • Relaxation exercises
  • Imagination and orientation techniques
  • Exercises which are specifically linked to existing physical and emotional conditions
  • Physically orientated exercises in the areas of body contact, body perception, body awareness and physical activation

  • The wingwave® Method
is a performance and emotion coaching, it is a compact coaching for managers, business people, executives, sports men and women, artists, creative persons and for all who know that emotions and high performance levels are inseparable. This method helps to dissipate emotional blockages and re-create a sense of balance.
wingwave® has proved to be particularly efficient in the context of golf. Case studies and specific academic studies reveal that a significant improvement in golfing performance is recognisable after as little as two hours of coaching!

  • Systemic Constellation with Figures and Symbols
A constellation with figures in the context of individual consultancy and individual coaching is a very efficient method in collecting all relevant information about a system (family, work place, club, state, society) in just a short time as well as making inner images visible and creating some inspiration about possibilities for change. The constellation makes it easier for clients and coachees to take in an external perspective, gives surprising insights and clear information about interactions, dynamics, unconscious conflicting connections and relationship patterns in systems and makes it possible to anticipate potential solutions.
Any feeling of malaise, any thorn or prickle (however deeply buried), which a person bears within themselves, the ambiguity in deciding in favour of the future and new developments, the courage and the confidence to set out in pursuit of new goals, is always connected with the question: "What is preventing me from doing what I would like to do?" In order to find the answer to this question, representatives (figures and symbols) take over specific roles to represent the current and, if it is applicable also the past and the desired future situation with all persons concerned. This method makes it possible to recognise quickly what/who is possibly missing and what is still required!
  • Breathing exercises
  • Affirmations / inner responsiveness

  • THE WORK (Byron Katie)
  • Profiling values
  • Analysis of potential
  • Provocative Coaching
Causes clients to think again about their own perception, to achieve their goals, to find a different approach, to recognise inner blockages, to give a different perspective to their attitude to problems and difficulties, causes them to find their own independent solutions ...

  • Systemic Working
We look at the human being in the context of the systems with which he is connected (team, company, business, club, family etc.).

  • Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

  • Non-violent Communication – establishing a constructive culture of discussion
For many years now the concept of Marshall B. Rosenberg has been enriching my work with seminar and workshop participants. The mediation approach of M. B. Rosenberg is based on the fundamental assumption that every action is based on a requirement. This makes it possible to deal with conflicts in a considerably more “relaxed" way. The best known is the orientation according to the four steps: observation (without interpretation), feelings, requirements and appeal./li>
  • Inner Game
The inner game with the potential we have inside us and is only waiting to be aroused / activated. The inner game methods, developed by W. Timothy Gallwey in the 70s, support learning, mental training, research, development and team work.
  • Sport Didactics

The following aspects help us here:

  • internal view / external view
  • empathy
  • impartiality
  • absichtsarmes Engagement
  • orientation according to resources and solution
